Creating Opportunities for Better Lives

Work & Growth is an initiative by SNDC focused on empowering unemployed youth, women, and underprivileged individuals through practical skills training and economic opportunities. The program helps participants gain confidence, improve employability, and build sustainable livelihoods.

Many talented individuals remain trapped in poverty due to lack of training, guidance, or access to income sources. Work & Growth addresses these challenges by offering career-focused support, mentorship, and small business development opportunities.

Through training programs, networking, and hands-on support, the initiative creates pathways toward financial independence and long-term personal growth.
