Refund & Cancellation Policy

SNDC operates transparently to ensure donors can support social causes confidently. While donations are generally final, we allow refunds under specific conditions.


1. Donation Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed ONLY in the following cases:

Duplicate Payments

If the donor accidentally donates the same amount twice.

Technical Errors

Payment gateway malfunction that results in incorrect deductions.

Incorrect Amount Entered Mistakenly

If the donor enters a significantly incorrect amount unintentionally.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided when:

  • Donation was made intentionally and correctly

  • Funds have already been allocated to an ongoing project

  • Refund request is made after 10 working days

  • Donor changes their mind after a confirmed donation

  • Donation is part of an event, campaign, or special fund drive


3. Refund Timeline (Required by SSLCommerz)

All valid refund requests will be completed within:

⏳ 7–10 Working Days

Refunds will be sent through:

  • The same account used for donation

  • The original payment channel

  • No cross-account refunds are allowed


4. Refund Application Process

To apply for a refund:

  1. Email SNDC at sndcbdofficial@gmail.com

  2. Provide:

    • Full Name

    • Donation Amount

    • Transaction ID

    • Date of Donation

    • Reason for Refund

SNDC’s finance team will verify and confirm eligibility.


5. Cancellation Policy

As SNDC operates on project-based funding:

  • Donations cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • For scheduled/recurring donations, cancellation may apply before the next cycle.
